REMEMBERING

AS I SIT DOWN AT MY COMPUTER, I AM REMEMBERING. You see, I watched President George W. Bush give his Memorial Day speech today. He was standing before a crowd near the graves of the Unknown Soldiers there at Arlington Cemetery. It was very moving. I thought of our granddaughter’s Marine SGT-husband there in Iraq. I prayed for his safety. I thought of his loneliness away from her and his child. I thought of her longings. I was glad she could stay with her parents and not have to be alone. To be alone is an empty feeling. I know.

I REMEMBER THE YEAR MY NAVY CHAPLAIN-HUSBAND SPENT AWAY FROM ME AND OUR CHILDREN. He was serving with the Marines in Okinawa. That was almost fifty years ago. Believe me, it was a long three-hundred-and-sixty-five days with only letters to fill my lonely nights. The President told of one serviceman who wrote, before his death, that he was a Marine by choice and an American by the GRACE OF GOD! I was moved! Many emotions went through my mind. I thought of the fallen son’s mother. I contemplated the grief that she must bare. No matter how a mother tells herself that she has given her son away--either in marriage, for Christian service, or to country, that son is her little boy. I know--for I am a mother of four sons and one son-in-law. The son may have long legs and a man’s body, but in her heart she remembers his birth, his growth, and his years away from her side.

I’m sure you have talked with Barbara on the phone. It is very difficult for him to keep up because the computers are old and always breaking down. Dan is capable of fixing them, but when he does this, he cannot get to your orders. As I write you today, he is going on a week’s vacation (he needs it), and I really don’t know HOW we are going to get along without him.

PRESERVATION BOOK ANSWERED BY DR WAITE

My husband is writing two books during this summer of ‘05. One is titled FUNDAMENTALIST DECEPTION ON BIBLE PRESERVATION (BFT #3234 @ $7.00 + $4.00 S&H). BFT "STREAMING" IS ONE YEAR OLD

ONE OF OUR PEOPLE IN CALIFORNIA WROTE AN E-MAIL THE OTHER DAY THANKING MY HUSBAND FOR ONE YEAR OF "STREAMING." All day long--24/7/365--"BFT STREAMING" is on; but on SUNDAYS at 10:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M., as well as THURSDAY NIGHTS at 8 P.M., the "streaming" is LIVE. To tell you the truth, we are so busy, we did not realize it had been one year since DAN WAITE (our son and Dr. Waite’s assistant) hooked up this wonderful part of our ministry to our computers. Recently we got a better "sound card" so now THE BIBLE FOR TODAY BAPTIST CHURCH can be seen and heard around the world with little or no problems. Our friends, THE ALMEIDAS IN BRAZIL HEARD THE CHURCH SERVICE THE AFTERNOON WHEN MISSIONARY DAVID BENNETT SPOKE. Others, too, could see his power point presentation. CHRISTIAN LAKE BIBLE CONFERENCE

AUGUST 1-5, 2005

For many years my husband has taught the campers and camping families at CHRISTIAN LAKE BIBLE CONFERENCE up in STRATFORD, NEW YORK. Lord willing, this year is no different. He has been asked to teach on the seven churches of Revelation 2-3. If you remember, he did a whole series of the book of Revelation last year. SURGERY SOON FOR THE BFT DIRECTOR

BESIDES ALL OF THE ABOVE, DR. WAITE HAS LEFT HIP REPLACEMENT-SURGERY SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 16, 2005. The need for such surgery has been a long-time coming. So now it is upon us. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM DURING THIS DIFFICULT & CHALLENGING TIME. I admire him greatly for his perseverance. He has continued his working, meetings, church preaching, radio broadcast, and contacting you daily by phone or E-mail in spite of the pain. Sleeping has been difficult but God has given grace. WE ARE COUNTING ON YOUR PRAYERS, UNDERSTANDING, AND FINANCIAL HELP DURING THIS UNUSUAL TIME. This is not a time to get mad at us but to grab hold of the plow and yoke up with the cause. But, I will admit that Christians seem to get upset and make a scene when another Christian is going through a trial. If you think I am wrong, look at Job in the Bible. His friends were no different.

DR. WAITE HAD MEETINGS IN EUCLID, OHIO

IT IS MY INTENT TO TELL YOU OF OUR OHIO TRIP IN EARLY APRIL (April 9-13). What a joy to be in the State of our birth again; and not only that, but Dr. Waite and I graduated from Berea High School in Berea, Ohio sixty years ago. Berea is on the West side of Cleveland near Hopkin’s International Airport, you know. We were married fifty-seven years ago (in August 1948) right there on Grayton Road. Planes used to fly overhead so low that we thought they would land on top of us. Now that very spot of terra firma is part of the airport. My, how things change--but not the Lord Jesus Christ!. He is "the same yesterday, and today, and for ever" (Hebrews 13:8). "I change not" (Malachi 3:6), said God. Yes, He is faithful to His Words. What faithfulness! No wonder Jeremiah called it "great" faithfulness! (Lamentations 3:23)

DR. WAITE WAS INVITED TO SPEAK ON "WHY WE USE ONLY THE KING JAMES BIBLE" BIBLE CONFERENCE AT THE BIBLE BAPTIST TEMPLE THERE IN EUCLID, OHIO. (BFT #3236/1-2 @ $7+ $3 S&H). Maybe you have been there. If so, you know that the church building is located on 1565 Chardon Road in Euclid, Ohio 44117. To refresh your memory where Euclid is, maybe you’ve heard of Euclid in regards to the old EUCLID BEACH. When I was a child we would travel there, very rarely, from the West side of Cleveland and enjoy the amusement park and its beach. Now there is nothing left of the place but the old gate towers one would have to pass to drive into the park. Now, instead of an amusement park, there are tall apartment buildings. Times do change!

YOU SHOULD HAVE DR. WAITE AT YOUR CHURCH FOR THIS INTENSIVE PRESENTATION OF THE DEFENSE OF THE KING JAMES BIBLE AND ITS UNDERLYING GREEK AND HEBREW TEXTS. So many people believe the King James Bible (or the Authorized Version) is the correct Bible but they don’t have the faintest idea how to defend their belief. The other day I met some blind women who were raving about their new NIV BRAILLE BIBLES. "I love the NIV!!" said the one woman as she looked at me with unseeing eyes. As I left, I said one thing to her, "Betty, I want you to remember one thing: THE NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION IS BASED ON THE WRONG GREEK TEXT." That’s all I said and I don’t think they liked it very much. In fact, I know they didn’t.

PROBABLY YOU’VE CALLED PASTOR ANDREW RUSNACKO FOR DIRECTIONS (216-531-1273) TO HIS CHURCH. He takes a strong King James Bible stand, as well as having good standards with Biblical convictions. The church music is good, too. Pastor RUSNACKO is musical and his wife is an excellent pianist. They hold to the good old hymns and gospel songs that many of the "40-days of purpose" people have forsaken.

A BAPTIST CHURCH ON CHARDON RD. SINCE 1820

THE BEST I CAN FIGURE OUT, THERE HAS BEEN A BAPTIST CHURCH ON CHARDON ROAD FOR ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE YEARS. In fact, the Euclid Baptist Church (its original name) was the first and oldest Baptist church in the whole Cleveland area in the year 1820, the year it was founded. (Did you know that was the year that the hymnist, Fanny Crosby, was born?) But today in 2005, the BIBLE BAPTIST TEMPLE is the name of the present church congregation. And this called-out assembly is not that old. In fact, it just celebrated its twenty-sixth anniversary a few weeks after we left them. Pastor RUSNACKO began the present church from "scratch" by knocking on doors and winning souls to Christ. He has had a burden for souls ever since God saved him as a service man years ago down in Florida. I think it was Key West. Previously, his newly saved Christian church members met in rooms and halls about town. When the present modern building on Chardon Road, which was erected in 1962, went up for sale, Bible Baptist Temple bought it. By that time there had been a merger of two churches and the departing seller’s new church name was the Euclid-Immanuel Baptist Church.

OF INTEREST TO ME IS THAT THERE HAD BEEN THREE FORMER EDIFICES FOR THE CHURCH CONGREGATION PRIOR TO THE PRESENT BUILDING. ALL THREE OF THE FORMER ONES HAD BEEN BUILT ON THAT VERY SAME SITE WHERE THE PRESENT CHURCH STANDS. So you see, there was one church, but several building projects. I guess the original church body, not only had numerical growth, but also financial prosperity. I have seen pictures of the beautiful stone structure built in 1895. Personally, I wish they had not torn the stone church down. Sometimes progress erases history. How can our children say, "What meaneth these stones?" (Joshua 4:6) if the stones are thrown away? The building that Dr. Waite and I were in last April in Euclid, Ohio, was the fourth building on that same church corner. The beautiful newer building with its formal ceiling and stained glass wall, along with the older educational wing, is what Pastor Rusnacko and his people purchased. I’m sorry to say that the departing owners had become more liberal--American Baptist modernists. What a day of gladness for the Bible-believing, fundamental church that had found a home! Once again, the Gospel was preached within those church walls. There must have been rejoicing in Heaven!

LET ME QUOTE FROM THE ORIGINAL CHURCH HISTORY
WRITTEN BACK IN 1945

"Euclid Baptist has an unbroken history of witnessing for Christ in this community, back to the dim distant days of 1820 when there was not another institution in this entire region that we would recognize today--long before there were any public schools or paved streets; when Euclid Creek crossed the Avenue through a deep hollow about five hundred feet east of where it crosses now; when howling wolves and deadly rattlesnakes abounded; when the Indians still roamed over large sections of Ohio, and when practically all our modern conveniences were unknown, such as the telephone, the bathroom, the electric light, the automobile, and the airplane. Even matches, for striking a light, had not then been invented. . . .

". . .This whole region, including Madison, Painesville, Euclid, Cleveland, and Lorain, was sometimes referred to as ‘new Connecticut.’ It was the Western Reserve of the State of Connecticut, and its first settlers, including the eleven charter members of this church, so far as known, all came from the ‘Nutmeg State.’"

AS AN ASIDE: I think I remember that my husband’s Waite relatives originally came to Ohio from Connecticut. I should look it up.

WE ENJOYED THE FELLOWSHIP WITH ALL THE PEOPLE THERE IN EUCLID, OHIO. I especially appreciated the families and friends who came to my portrayal of THE TRIBUTE TO FANNY CROSBY on Saturday afternoon. Was delighted that ANN and DAVID LAZAR came all the way from Parma to see us. I know it was an effort for the LAZARS to attend. I appreciated seeing them. They are our oldest son’s ( D. A. FANNY CROSBY IN EUCLID, OHIO

CAROL RUSNACKO MADE A LOVELY STAGE SET FOR "FANNY’S" ROCKING CHAIR. I wish you could have been there. There was a fireplace with a mantel and old-fashioned pictures, flowers, and a tea set on the lace table cloth. How good to be in my "Fanny Crosby" dress and wig again. I’ve been doing this presentation since 1978. Can you believe it? WHY NOT INVITE FANNY CROSBY TO YOUR CHURCH! Remember, she wrote the words to songs like Blessed Assurance, To God Be the Glory, and Pass Me Not O Gentle Saviour. We must re-learn the old hymns of the faith that have been replaced by the new charismatic praise-choruses.

FANNY IN PENNDEL, PA

Speaking of Fanny Crosby: I may as well give you the full scoop. We had THE TRIBUTE at GRACE INDEPENDENT BAPTIST CHURCH on 911 Durham Road in Penndel, Pa 19047. The date was May 7, 2005. It was a women’s luncheon around Mother’s Day. Our daughter, Dianne, was visiting me--a real treat--and she came with us. MRS. MARIE SCHULTZ INVITED US. I MET HER A FEW YEARS AGO, SOON AFTER HER MISSIONARY DAUGHTER WAS SUDDENLY KILLED WHILE RIDING ON A MOTOR SCOOTER IN CAMBODIA. What a shock to her husband and three children, as well as to Marie and her husband. The pastor of the church was Pastor VAN HOOSE. Found out that he and his wife were graduates of FAIRHAVEN BAPTIST COLLEGE in Chesterton, Indiana. My husband goes there upon occasion to present his KING JAMES SEMINAR. Found out that the pastor’s wife has a sister whose husband is on the staff of ANCHOR BAPTIST CHURCH in SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. We had just talked with the pastor of that church the night before. Talk about a small world!!

FANNY MEETS CARL McINTIRE’S DAUGHTER
IN NEW JERSEY

THEN JUST LAST SATURDAY, WHEN AUSTRALIAN MISSIONARY DAVID BENNETT AND HIS WIFE, PAM, WERE HERE IN COLLINGSWOOD AT The Bible For Today Baptist Church, WE HAD THE TRIBUTE TO FANNY CROSBY AT A NEAR-BY RESTAURANT. THE WOMEN OF THE BIBLE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH INVITED US. It was good to see many of those women again after almost forty years.

Was interested in meeting Dr. Carl McIntire’s daughter and grand daughter. Was very impressed how his daughter, MARY ANN CLARK, reflected her father’s beliefs and stands on various issues. It is good when family continues in a man’s footsteps.

I don’t know if you recall, but my husband came to Collingswood to be the associate to Carl McIntire in his radio ministry. That was forty years ago. There were major differences, which I don’t have time to go into here. That was when the AMERICAN COUNCIL OF CHRISTIAN CHURCHES broke from the INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF CHRISTIAN CHURCHES. After that, we stayed in Collingswood and eventually Dr. Waite jump-started THE BIBLE FOR TODAY, INC. back into action. BFT had been incorporated in Newton, Massachusetts, as a radio program and a tax-exempt organization before coming here to New Jersey. My husband got his teacher’s certificates and taught for nineteen years in the jungles of the Philadelphia school systems. It wasn’t easy. The "students" did not want to learn--just act up; but my husband was paid well for such treatment in order to support me, his wife, and our five children, as well as financing The Bible For Today from his own pocket--often paying the secretary and workers and expenses himself.

GETTING BACK TO EUCLID & THE RUSNACKO’S

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT HAVING MEETINGS IN VARIOUS CHURCHES IS MEETING THE PASTOR AND HIS WIFE AS WELL AS HIS PEOPLE. So it was at BIBLE BAPTIST TEMPLE in Euclid, Ohio. I’m sorry I did not write down all the names of our new friends there, but I do remember MR. & MRS. KLEIN’s names. They took us out to BOB EVANS for an evening snack after our last night at the church. It was a Sunday. She spoke of her early Christian life in Pennsylvania, and the good, Biblical teaching she received from the pastor who led her to the Lord. I appreciate such loyalty. Most Pastors and their wives give themselves to their people. They yearn and pray for them. Of course, they are not perfect but they care. It saddens my heart to observe people who turn against the pastor and/or his wife who brought them along spiritually. Recently I read something Spurgeon wrote many years ago. It is very convicting.

"May none of us ever belong to that evil class of persons,

who are always in opposition, always fault-finding,

never willing to work with anybody.

This is not the mind of Christ, nor the fruit of the Spirit,

which is ever peaceable."

FRIENDS OF THE BIBLE FOR TODAY ATTENDED

SOME PEOPLE, WHO ARE ON THE BFT MAILING LIST, CAME FROM A DISTANCE TO HEAR MY HUSBAND. One couple drove over an hour from Strongsville, Ohio to be a part of the Biblical defense meetings. They were MARIANNE and JEFF DETWILER who had sat under the teaching of a MR. DEAN LAMPMAN years ago. It was such an exciting discovery because Mr. Lampman, before his untimely death, was collating the Hebrew Scriptures for my husband to use concerning something about the Masoretic text. His death was a great loss. He was not an old man at his death. Sad! God’s ways are not our ways.

ALSO, ANOTHER BFT FRIEND, LINDA PLANTE FROM CHESTERLAND, OHIO, CAME EVERY NIGHT. She is keenly interested in the textual question. She was a lovely woman with MS. It was in remission. In fact, one night she and the pastor’s wife sang a duet. I accompanied them on the church’s beautiful concert grand piano. What a lovely instrument.

One night she brought an avoir du pois friend. This woman also had serious feet and knee problems. I don’t know how it happened, but after the service in the pitch black of night, this poor soul slipped as she was trying to get into the front seat of Linda’s car. She didn’t make it! It was a crisis! "911" was called. She was taken to the local hospital, embarrassed and frightened. Relatives came to the hospital and rescued her from her plight. It was sad. One of the reasons I’m telling you this true story is for a warning for you and for me, too. Previously, before the church service, I had an in-depth conversation with this woman. Among other things that she said, she told me that she lived to eat. Her whole life was wrapped up in good cooking and eating. I felt bad, for I eat to live and would be happy to take a food-pill, if there were such a thing, and only eat once in a while, as long as I were well. Just think how much we could get done if we didn’t have to stop, prepare food, and eat it. After her emergency experience, I felt doubly bad for her. I wonder how she is doing now.

A VISIT WITH AN OLD FRIEND

WHILE IN OHIO, I CALLED AN OLD FRIEND, PASTOR LYNN ROGERS. My husband and I have known him since our teenage years. In fact, he was one of my husband’s groomsmen at our wedding. I remembered that he lived on the East Side of Cleveland. Thought he could come see us if he wanted to. Thought he’d feel bad if I did not call him. Thought it would be nice to see him. I’m so glad I called. What a good visit my husband and I had in our motel room catching up on old times. Our families had been very close. Now we are senior citizens and serving the Lord--he in Ohio and we in New Jersey. Praise God for His daily strength. The Bible says AS THY DAYS, SO SHALL THEY STRENGTH BE (Deuteronomy 33:25). What grace is this?

TUESDAY MORNING WAS THE PREACHER’S MEETING

AT FIRST I THOUGHT I WASN’T SUPPOSE TO ATTEND THE PASTOR’S "BUCKEYE" FELLOWSHIP THAT TUESDAY MORNING. I had brought work to do in our motel room , BUT SOON LEARNED THAT WOMEN WERE WELCOME. In fact, the Pastor wanted me there. Truthfully, not many women were in attendance. I don’t know why that is, because the messages were good. I think wives should be with their husbands, if possible, at such gatherings. Maybe they work. Maybe they have small children at home

DR. WAITE SUMMARIZED HIS DEFENSE OF THE KJB

DR. WAITE WAS THE FEATURED SPEAKER. There were close to fifty in attendance--a good crowd. HE WAS THE LAST ONE TO SPEAK. HE GAVE A SUMMARY OF HIS BIBLICAL DEFENSE (BFT #3237 @ $4 + $1 S&H). I thought he did an excellent job. I was sorry that there wasn’t more time for Q&A, as much is learned during them. My husband encouraged the preachers and laymen to purchase his book DEFENDING THE KING JAMES BIBLE (BFT #1594 @ $12 + $4 S&H). As you know, it is one of the best, if not the best, book on the subject.

PASTORS MARK JACOBS & ROY THOMPSON SPOKE FIRST

Before my husband spoke , PASTOR MARK JACOBS, the pastor of ANCHOR BAPTIST CHURCH in Massillon, Ohio, spoke about the lions in our lives. I remember him as the pastor who followed DR. BRUCE CUMMONS after he retired. Was his church called Massillon Baptist Temple? Something happened there and there was a big departure of people who followed Pastor Jacobs to start another Baptist church. I didn’t realize until now that his new church was in Massillon also.

The second speaker was DR. ROY THOMPSON, the founder of CLEVELAND BAPTIST CHURCH in Brooklyn, Ohio. Brooklyn is a part of Cleveland. I think I passed through it once on the way to my father-in-law’s office. He was the director of research at a chemical company somewhere around there. I didn’t know it until later that Pastor Thompson had been very ill--I think close to death. He resigned his church which is a big soul-winning church and an example-ministry to many who are starting out as pastors. My only disappointment with the whole day was that all those preachers rushed off immediately after eating without mingling and talking together.

EATING WITH FRIENDS AT SUNDAY NOON

PASTOR & MRS. RUSNACKO TREATED US ROYALLY. They took us to a restaurant called FANNY’S. They wanted me to enjoy this eating place with the same name as the hymn writer that I portrayed. Their "Fanny" was the original cook and owner, the mother, of that eating establishment. She had long-since died but her family has kept up the tradition. I wish I could remember the name of that potato-wrapped-in-dough dish that I tried. I’d never had such before. Besides other times, we ate there on Sunday afternoon. It is the Pastor’s habit to invite others to eat with them there. So it was good to get to know the Detwilers better as well as MILTON FRENCH who has a serious, life-threatening illness. I was touched by his condition. He looked large and healthy to me, but as you know, looks can be deceiving.

BACK TO THE OLD NEIGHBORHOOD

I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THE SLAVIC NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE PASTOR RUSNACKO LIVED AS A BOY. I remembered as a young person fellowshipping with older young people at CLEVELAND’S YOUTH FOR CHRIST who had powerful testimonies for the Lord who were of Slavic descent. We ate at the RED BARN in that area. My--were our plates piled high with food. Restaurant prices seemed cheaper in Ohio than here in New Jersey. After eating, the Pastor drove us around the neighborhood where he lived as a teenage boy. I wanted to see it. He pointed out this house and that one where friends used to live, as well as the bungalow where he lived as a youth. I took a picture. Then there was the construction of a new and better high school building being built on the very site where he went to school. From the news that we heard while in the Cleveland area, I detected that there is much unrest in the schools there--much disobedience and disrespect of elders. Personally, I believe this is the fruit of Dr. Spock’s early teaching. We also rode down LIBERTY BLVD. On each side was a park with monuments dedicated to different countries like Romania, etc.

WE DROVE BY EUCLID/NOTTINGHAM BAPTIST CHURCH--OR AT LEAST BY THE BUILDING WHERE IT USED TO BE. Memories flooded into my mind, for it was in that church that my dearest friend and matron of honor, ROSE WEISS DURHAM, received the Lord Jesus as her Saviour. She and her sister, BETTY, attended a sewing class there that two Christian women gave for the neighborhood girls. It was their desire to talk about Jesus, and that they did to my friend. She was saved, along with her sister. Rose dedicated her life to the Lord for full-time service. We went to Moody Bible Institute together--the old Moody. She married and became a missionary with her husband. The Lord took her Home to Himself when she was in her early forties. As I said previously in this letter. God’s ways are not our ways.

RAINBOW BABIES AND CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
THE COTTAGE IS GONE

PASTOR RUSNACKO ASKED ME IF THERE WERE ANY PLACE I WOULD LIKE TO GO WHILE IN THE CLEVELAND AREA. I am sure that he was surprised when my answer was, "Yes, RAINBOW BABIES AND CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL." I cannot tell you how moving it was for me to see that hospital. When I was a child of three, I had an illness called TB of the bone. It affected my left hip. This disease came to me from drinking unpasteurized milk from infected cows. Pasteurization was not known then. There were no medicines like we have today. My father had no money for the care of his sick little girl., but even if he had been rich, there was nothing more that could be done for me. It was during the depression years. So I became a patient at RAINBOW HOSPITAL FOR CRIPPLED AND CONVALESCENT CHILDREN. Rainbow Cottage, as it was called, was located on Green Road in South Euclid, Ohio. I lived in that hospital for three years, tied to a frame or imprisoned in a full body cast for three years, until an innovative surgeon, DR. HARBIN, performed an operation on me. If I understand it correctly, it had never been done before on another human being. Praise the Lord--it worked.

I WISH THAT I HAD MORE SPACE TO TALK ABOUT ALL OF THIS TO YOU IN THIS LETTER. It will have to wait for another time. Rainbow Cottage was torn down--probably in 1971. After that, Rainbow Hospital combined with the Babies & Children’s Hospital there on the campus of WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY; it is an outstanding hospital for sick children. I was so glad to see it and to talk to people--even though I had limited time. I do praise the Lord that I can walk. The Lord used the physicians and nurses in my life to make it possible for me to be a normal walking person. God’s way is the best way!

When my husband was a student at the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN, he was privileged to be able to attend DR. M. R. DeHAAN’S Detroit Bible class every Friday evening. Mr. McRoberts, the cook at the University of Michigan, took a car full of students with him weekly to the class. My husband remembered it took over an hour to get there. It was a good thing that man did for my husband who was a new Christian at the time. Dr. DeHaan was teaching the book of Hebrews. The lessons learned by my husband, a young college student, as well as a new Christian were immeasurable. I tell you all of this so you can understand why Dr. Waite is so very interested in Dr. DeHaan’s stand on the King James Bible. We have in our BFT arsenal of material, a book in copy machine form written by Dr. DeHaan called Bible Versions & Perversions. (BFT #1545 @ $3.00 + $2 S&H). Recently on THE BIBLE FOR TODAY WEEKLY radio program, my husband read that book with his personal comments. It is extremely interesting that Dr. DeHaan was not for any other version of the Bible than THE KING JAMES VERSION. I hope you get the radio tapes, as well as the booklet. Also my husband got a long paper from an E-mail friend and written by JAMES M. VENTILATO. We don’t know him but he has written a long, detailed answer to PRETERISM.
